Welcome to our year level area
Our year levels are organised in the following way:
- Year 1 children work in a separate team (Whau) that enables them to be introduced successfully into school life in an especially nurturing environment – with low class sizes and located in a specific part of the school.
- The Year 2 – 6 children work in cross age, whanau based teams.
- We have two Maori bilingual classes (Te Whanau) for year 1-3 and year 4-6 children.
- There are three Samoan bilingual classes (Tupulaga) for year 1-2, 3-4 and 5-6 children.
- The three mainstream teams are Manawa, Kotahitanga and Te Rau Aroha.
